What you can buy
The Windows companion is free. Camlora Pro is an optional, one-time Android in-app purchase through Google Play that removes Camlora banner ads and the video watermark. It is not a recurring subscription. Google Play displays the price and currency before purchase. This website does not take payments or collect card details.
Request a refund or report a purchase problem
Use Google Play’s refund process, or contact support@camlora.app. Include your Play order ID, approximate purchase date and a short description of the problem. Do not send your card number, password or private camera footage. We can investigate app problems and assist with eligible refunds; you do not have to rely only on Google’s support process.
Australian consumer guarantees
Nothing in this policy or our terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where those guarantees apply, a major failure may entitle you to a refund or replacement, and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Other failures may entitle you to a remedy within a reasonable time. The appropriate remedy depends on the circumstances and the applicable guarantees. Google Play’s discretionary refund windows do not limit statutory rights.
Change of mind and other countries
Change-of-mind requests are assessed under Google Play’s applicable policy and any rights required by local law. We do not offer a separate unconditional money-back guarantee. Consumers outside Australia retain mandatory local rights, including withdrawal or digital-content remedies where applicable; Google Play explains its region-specific purchase and refund rules.
Restoring or removing Pro
If Pro is missing, use the Google account that purchased it and restore the purchase in the app. Do not repurchase simply to restore access. Uninstalling does not itself request a refund. A refunded or revoked purchase may remove the Pro entitlement.
