Using Camlora
Camlora is software for streaming a camera you control to devices on a trusted local network. You are responsible for having permission to capture, view, record and share the people and places in the picture or audio.
Supported use
The release is designed for Android phones and Windows 10/11 x64 virtual-camera use. Browser viewing depends on browser support. Performance and app compatibility vary. Do not use Camlora as an emergency, medical or safety-critical monitoring system.
Network and device security
Use trusted networks only. Streams are unencrypted, and video, snapshots and status remain accessible to devices that can reach the phone. A controls password is not a password for the entire video feed. Do not expose Camlora’s port to the internet or bypass operating-system security prompts.
Free and Pro
The free Android app includes a video watermark and may display banner ads. Pro removes the Camlora watermark and banner ads through a one-time Google Play purchase. The price and currency shown by Google Play at purchase time apply. For purchase problems or refunds, see our refund policy. You can contact us directly or use Google Play’s applicable process. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Licence and permitted use
You may install and use Camlora for lawful personal or business purposes on compatible devices you control, subject to applicable store terms and third-party licences. Do not use it for covert or unlawful surveillance, unauthorised access, harassment or infringement. Recording and surveillance rules differ by location and may require notice or consent from people captured.
Software and ownership
Camlora and its branding remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party software is subject to its own notices and licences. No affiliation with or endorsement by meeting-app, device or platform vendors is implied.
Availability and support
Software can contain errors and depend on changes in operating systems, devices and receiving apps. Review release notes and compatibility before updating. Stop using the app if it interferes with normal device operation.
Changes and disputes
Updates to these terms will be dated on this page. They do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Contact us about a dispute so we can try to resolve it. Mandatory consumer protections and access to courts or regulators in your jurisdiction remain available.
