LET’S GET YOUR PICTURE BACK
A little help.
A clearer view.
Start with the checks below. Most connection issues come down to network access, permissions or the camera selected in your receiving app.
My phone is not discovered.
Confirm both devices are on the same network, with Camlora open on the phone. Guest Wi-Fi, client isolation and some VPNs block local discovery. Enter the phone address manually if discovery fails. Allow only the necessary private-network firewall access; do not disable your firewall.
I can connect, but the picture is black or frozen.
Check camera permission and the live preview on the phone. Close other apps using its camera, then restart streaming. Try 720p, lower quality or a lower frame rate. Check power-saving settings and keep the phone cool. Reconnect after changing networks.
Camlora is missing in my meeting app.
Confirm Windows 11 x64, finish the one-time camera setup, and start the webcam in Camlora. Reopen the meeting app and check its video-device list. Keep the camera helper running. Native Windows 10 virtual-camera support is not included.
Where is the Camlora microphone in Teams or Zoom?
This release does not install a Windows microphone device. Camlora can play phone audio in its own supported clients, but calls should use your headset or existing microphone.
Audio says unavailable, or asks for a password.
Enable audio on the phone and allow microphone permission. If the stream password is enabled, use it for live audio. A 503 response means audio is off or its client limit has been reached. Close unused audio listeners and retry. Browser audio requires a user click to start.
How do I restore Pro?
Use the Google account that bought Camlora Pro. Open the Pro panel and choose Restore purchase while online. A pending payment is not an active purchase. If Play cannot confirm your purchase, retry later; do not buy it again just to restore it.
Do I need to turn off my firewall or forward a port?
No. Never forward Camlora’s port to the public internet. If Windows asks about network access, allow the private network you trust. Check guest-network isolation and VPN settings instead of disabling security software.
How do I stop streaming and remove the app?
Stop the webcam on Windows and use Stop in the Android streaming notification, or close the phone app. Uninstall the apps through the operating system. Deleting app data removes local settings; restoring Pro uses your Google Play account. Review the final installer’s removal instructions if a camera registration remains.
